KERRY WASHIGHTON'S GOLDEN GLOBE LOOK: YAY OR NAY?

 The Golden Globes Awards which held  this past Sunday saw a lot of amazing dresses on the red carpet, some celebrities went all out and wowed us with their breath taking pieces while i felt  like some could have done  a little bit better, but in all it was a very glamorous show i must say.

Ok...so a pregnant, glowing Kerry Washington wore an off white or should we call it a nude maternity Balenciaga dress for the Golden Globes, i don't think it was a right choice for her on the red carpet, i feel like she could have looked more fabulous in either a black or even metallic dress.
well, those are my thoughts.

10 BEST LOOKS FROM THE 2014 GOLDEN GLOBES RED CARPET.

The 71st  annual Golden Globe awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on sunday the 12 of January, 2014,Beverly Hills , Carlifornia.
The red carpet was filled with lots of black , white and red dresses , some others wore other shades of lovely breath taking dresses with a touch of 60's and 70's   to complete their look.
 Here are a few of my favorites from the red carpet in no particular order.

VIVIENNE WEST WOOD TO LAUNCH AUTOBOIGRAPHY OF HER LIFE.

 72, year old Dame Vivienne Westwood brought punk to high fashion, turned her catwalks into protest marches, and even managed to make a wedding dress for Carrie Bradshaw. The designer and social activist will share it all in her own words.

She is set to release an Auto biography in October of next year 2014, on her life discussing her transformation from elementary school teacher to Sex Pistols headmistress, and include contributions from friends like Naomi Campbell, Jerry Hall, and even Wikipedia founder Julian Assange, for whom she created a t-shirt and caused a stir, supporting him during his sexual assault allegations and calling those who wouldn't "blind feminists."

YAY OR NAY: LADY GAGA AND HER FLYING DRESS!!

Lady Gaga has once again done it. And this time she was seen wearing a flying dress.

The white vehicle-dress combo was revealed at her ARTPOP album release party at the Brooklyn Navy Yard in NYC.

Wonders shall never end with Gaga oo. What do you think about her dress??

GHANA FASHION AND DESIGN WEEK 2013: JIL BOUTIQUE

JIL Boutique recently showed at Ghana Fashion And Design week.
Her collection was made up of Kente fabrics and had prints, velvet and lace fused in it. it also had patch works  and lots of really nice embellished pieces, easy to wear and colorful as well.
