JIL Boutique recently showed at Ghana Fashion And Design week.
Her collection was made up of Kente fabrics and had prints, velvet and lace fused in it. it also had patch works  and lots of really nice embellished pieces, easy to wear and colorful as well.

JAYZ COVERS VANITY FAIR MAGAZINE.

Rapper Jay-Z graces the cover of the November issue of Vanity Fair magazine, opening up about the early years of dating now-wife Beyonce and how his baby daughter, Blue Ivy, is a fan of his music.

 The catch for me is the white tuxedo he was wearing. i do not think i have seen jayz ever grace the cover of a magazine looking all dapper. But well its Jay z so its all good.

 she wore a black Givenchy cut out, cleavage popping dress straight from the run way for the premiere of the mademoiselle  C in paris this week.
she might have a baby now, but she sure has not lost her stylish power.
I am loving every bit of this look especially the contrast of her dark lips with he blonde hair.

SAD: MARC JACOBS LEAVES LOUIS VUITTON.

After a lavish sixteen-year reign at Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs took his final bow at Paris Fashion week this morning.
Rumors of Jacobs’ leaving Louis Vuitton lit up the Twitterfeed this morning before the show and were finally confirmed by LVMH’s chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault. According to Vogue UK, Jacobs wants to focus on his own brand as it is heading towards an IPO (Initial Public Offering), meaning the general public can buy shares on the stock exchange.
 Jacobs’ successor has not been named yet, however Nicolas Ghesquière, the former Balenciaga designer, is rumoured to be the frontrunner.
well, let us wait to see what happens next, i love the suspense that also comes with fashion. hehe
